have openings for Customer Support Back-end Associate Voice/Non-Voice Back-end Sales.
Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
Eligibility:

4 years of Experienced Females are eligible for the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Resolves
service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause
of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
