Integrated EAS Labels

High-value products are a common target for theft, and to help protect your brand and reduce shrinkage we have developed a thermal labeling solution integrated with a covertly embedded EAS (electronic article surveillance) enabled security tag. Our solution is easily integrated into existing label printing and applicator equipment and works successfully with the retailer's Radio Frequency EAS security systems. Our solution allows you to thermally overprint your label on your existing machines without changing label print formats or machine settings. It is easy to transfer non-EAS labels to integrated EAS labels in labeling machines.

Using our unique design, we are able to insert the EAS tag into your existing thermal label and the label size does not need to be increased to allow direct thermal printing over the EAS tag position. Our patented design allows you to overprint your label and apply it with an EAS label integrated into the label. This removes the need for a secondary label to be applied, increasing throughput speeds and ensuring all products that require a security tag are tagged. The EAS tag is covertly hidden within the label, and the tagged product is not easily identifiable. This ensures maximum security impact and consistent on pack appearance.
