Thermal Transfer Ribbon

A thermal transfer ribbon is a thin film used in thermal transfer printing, a process where heat is applied to transfer ink (or resin) from the ribbon onto a substrate, such as paper, plastic, or fabric, to create high-quality, durable prints. The ribbon is typically wound on a roll and consists of a polyester film coated with a heat-sensitive ink layer on one side and a protective back-coating on the other.
